Thank you for reaching out. We have just posted/edited our full review — we hope this review explains clearly why we only give three stars. We do hope this issue is addressed thoroughly to ensure that customers do not feel like the service provided were handled haphazardly, as the described multiple observations appear to indicate such, for that matter. At minimal, customer’s trust in quality service with genuine effort is indeed quite important and required for servicing automobiles, i.e., for safety reasons, among others. Best regards.

Dear Mr. Reske, Further to our review above, we happened to open the hood today and found that (1) the cover of the battery (with the red plus sign) was inadvertently left hanging loosely on top of another component instead of being attached back to the battery (image available); and (2) none of the other fluids was filled up. This appears to suggest that the technician(s) did the bare minimum and expect that the customers/drivers, at least those who paid for the ToyotaCare Plus for that matter, check and top up these fluids themselves. We would like this to be corrected as soon as possible without any retaliation by the employee(s) involved and without wasting additional time on our part. We already wasted nearly two hours during our second visit hoping to correct the haphazard work performed, i.e., by Gerard Alamo.
