I had my 90000 service done today. The service person up sold me a cooling system flush and a brake system flush. She tried to upsell me spark plug replacement. According to Toyota’s service manual these services do not need to be done until 120,000 miles minimum. That’s why I hate taking my auto to a dealer. They are always trying to sell you what you need.Unfortunately I have an extended warranty so I need to make sure I keep the services up to date.The reason why I did not give this rating a one star is the new service rep I felt with when I picked up my car heard my complaint and adjusted the bill. More

I'm an Uber Driver & needed an Oil Change & a tire repair. Everything went as planned. After leaving the dealership I picked up a passenger and opened the hatch to place a suitcase and saw that the me repair. Everything went as planned. After leaving the dealership I picked up a passenger and opened the hatch to place a suitcase and saw that the mechanic had not returned the Jack & other parts to the storage area with the spare tire under the cargo matt. I returned to Herb Chambers to point out the error and had to wait 45 minutes (lo$t time) The clerk inspected it himself and I did'nt want to look over his shoulder and left. I then went to pick up a passenger opened the hatch and another part was not with the spare tire. I may return to Toyota of Watertown for my next Service More
