Terrible job in service! Neglected to put my summer tires on and take my snow tires off. I pointed out the tires which were completely filling the back area of the car upon d Neglected to put my summer tires on and take my snow tires off. I pointed out the tires which were completely filling the back area of the car upon drop off with very clear instructions. Simple right?! When picking up the car at closing time the snow tires were still on?! That results in a huge hassle for me of needing to book another service appointment and do it all another time. Also will require taking the tires out of the car putting them back into storage, then putting them back in the car before driving over for a repeat service appointment because they screwed up and forgot! Their screw-up = 4 hours of my life!! xxx?!! Terrible!!! More

I bought my car here almost 3 years ago. I have always had a wonderful experience when I have my car serviced here. They are thorough and informative. I brought my car in yesterday for a check up and regular maintenance. Sean was friendly and asked about any concerns I had with my car. He saw to it that all was taken care of and answered any questions I had. I trust that my car is in good hands at this dealership. More

I am usually cynical about bringing my car to a dealer for service because they have a reputation of being expensive etc. But Herb Chambers Toyota Brighton has always been good to me, I've been taking my for service because they have a reputation of being expensive etc. But Herb Chambers Toyota Brighton has always been good to me, I've been taking my cars there for 25 years. They are honest, do good work, and I feel they are not much more expensive than the run-of-the-mill gas station repair place. I also have no trouble getting appointments fairly quickly. More

Had an appointment for a routine service and left 3 hours later? Why make an appointment for 8:30 AM If they’re not going to work on your car right away or at least half an hour later, then when they hours later? Why make an appointment for 8:30 AM If they’re not going to work on your car right away or at least half an hour later, then when they returned my car the handle on drivers side was all dirty what looked to me to oil marks, when questioned it I was told by a very rude man with an very lousy attitude that was a scratch I said no that wasn’t a scratch it was dirty and it wasn’t like that when I brought the car in, all he said was I don’t know, I don’t know talk to people over there and he pointed inside. I’ve going there since I bought my car in 2008 and this will be my last time…. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More
