The service representative, the cashier, and (especially) the service manager were polite and helpful. The service manager went out of his way to make sure that I understood your problem and gave me practical advice on hope to prevent it ( rats eating the electric cables.)

I had to go there 3x for the same work because they did not inform me that my scheduled time did not allow for the hours that they need to fix my car! And I drove from Newton - quite a distance because I liked them! Otherwise, they would be my dealership of choice!
