I visited two other dealerships before I visited Herb Chambers Toyota in Boston. I had a brief interaction with Richard on the phone and in person and then I worked with Riad. Riad immediately took me to the car I was interested in and started describing how all the features function. No one at either of the other dealerships had described or explained the features of the vehicles I was looking at. We went on a test drive, and then I came back and asked more questions. I ended up buying the car, and I couldn’t be happier. It was a great experience working with Riad and Richard. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
