I’m extremely disappointed at the service I received this afternoon when I brought in my car for a service appointment. The rep at the desk, Sean, was very unhelpful and displayed a lousy attitude when I tri afternoon when I brought in my car for a service appointment. The rep at the desk, Sean, was very unhelpful and displayed a lousy attitude when I tried to ask him questions about my prepurchased Toyota car service plan. He quoted a price of roughly $399 for the cost of maintenance today. Keep in mind I have used the Toyota car service plan at other Toyota dealerships to get my car serviced (twice before) at no cost. Upon asking Sean, he responded that he was not aware about the plan and took a scanned copy of the plan and said he’d call and update me shortly. I waited for an update in the lobby and upon waiting for 20 minutes with no word from him, I proceeded to the reception to check if there is an update. I asked for an update to which he responded ‘ you haven’t even been here long, you need to wait for the technician to take a look at the car and the I’ll call the car service plan reps with the quotation’. At this point, I realized he hadn’t made an effort to find out more information about the Toyota car service plan at all. He then came back and said he called the number and it only corresponds to Toyota road side assistance. At this point I decided to cancel my service appointment and requested to get my car keys back. As a loyal Toyota customer I’m utterly disappointed by his unprofessional behavior and by extension that of his coworkers standing by witnessing our exchange. Am I expected to have more knowledge of Toyota services that the actual people who work there? Kindly make it make sense. More

Did not address one of the issues I brought to their attention (kept telling me the wipers were checked at low to intermittent speed and were working, when in fact they weren't) and someone took a coupl attention (kept telling me the wipers were checked at low to intermittent speed and were working, when in fact they weren't) and someone took a couple of dollar bills I had left in my car. That's not much but definitely not cool and a bad, bad look on the whole service team. More

Always a great experience in the service department. Quick turnaround with service work and they keep you updated if there is any additional work needed. Having an appointment at 12 pm, I arrived on time, but I had to wait 3 hours and 38 minutes to get my oil change done! Oil change only! It took 3 hours 38 minutes. They did the routine maintenance just fine, but refused to admit there was an issue with the rear auto-breaking. I was told by the unhelpful Service Manager that it was a safety feature that CANNOT be dis to admit there was an issue with the rear auto-breaking. I was told by the unhelpful Service Manager that it was a safety feature that CANNOT be disabled and that is on all new Toyotas. This renders ALL new Toyotas incapable of towing ANYTHING or having anything attached to the back of the car. I have no issue with features that warn you if a kid or animal is behind the car, but when it makes it difficult to park in confined spaces or put anything on the back of the car it is a safety "feature" that was never thought through! More
