Richard Battles is an excellent non pressure sales man. This was my second vehicle purchase in four years from Ferguson's car dealerships. My wife wasn't sold on what we had seen, then Richard brought us a 2019 Buick Envision that was a much classier car that was within our price range, lower miles and even had a price reduction that morning of $500. My wife was very excited about this car!! I was given the full Kelly Blue Book trade-in price on my previous Ferguson trade-in car. Richard helped me find a car my wife really liked and saved the day. Thanks!! More

Over all the sales rep did a good job but finance dropped the ball and it took over 30 days to get the loan funded and collect the title work. I reached out to finance several times and no one ever called me the ball and it took over 30 days to get the loan funded and collect the title work. I reached out to finance several times and no one ever called me back regarding wanting know why the loan had not been funded. The way I found out was from Truity as they could see the loan but was kicked to the dealer for corrected paper work. Had to make my first payment by calling the CU to set up my account since I never received any in the mail. Not happy with this BTW More
