We contacted the dealership and were put in touch with Sean Clemons. Since I'm working at home, I asked if he could drive the car out for me to test drive it. He was more than willing to do that. After a short test drive we decided we were very interested in the car. We followed Sean back to the dealership with our current car to be checked for a trade in deal. A few hours later we came out with a good finance deal,(thanks CJ for going to bat for us) and a solid used vehicle. My husband and I have purchased many cars over our lifetimes. He said it best when he said that car buying experience was "almost enjoyable." That is high praise indeed from my husband! I have to concur. The team at Ferguson made our experience as good as it could be. I just got off the phone with Sean who was calling to check on us a few days after our purchase. Upon the recent loss of our first KIA in an accident, we wanted to see the new models available as well as explore any avenues towards KIA loyalty incentives. Sean Clemons met us shortly after arrival and was friendly and knowledgable. He answered all our questions without hesitation. We wanted to test two or three models for comparisons and he accommodated us in every way. Before coming to Ferguson, we had visited other KIA dealers and those were way too pushy and pressuring. The experience with Sean was pleasant, professional, and relaxing. No pressure and no underlying agendas. Once we decided on which vehicle to purchase, we were placed in the care of Sue to go over financing and details. She was equally friendly, knowledgable, and professional.
