Had an awesome experience with Sean I generally hate being in any kind of sales situation. They usually lay on the pressure and I feel horribly uncomfortable and after my purchase I expe I generally hate being in any kind of sales situation. They usually lay on the pressure and I feel horribly uncomfortable and after my purchase I experience terrible buyers remorse. Sean was the total opposite. I felt no pressure at all when my husband and I were talking with him about what we were looking for. We test drove the vehicle, then left the dealership. There was no pressure to buy right away he simply said to ask for him when we came back. We came back that same day after visiting several other dealerships. We brought my parents along so they could test drive the vehicle and weigh in, Sean was totally okay with letting us do that. I never buy a vehicle the same day I shop for one so we talked with Sean and he was able to hold the vehicle until we came back in. Our experience with Sean was pressure and hassle free and it made me much more comfortable purchasing the vehicle and I had no buyers remorse at all! More

NEW BEST FRIEND So my experience with Sean began in March of 2017. I told him what I was looking for and I was very picky! 35MPH, Real estate signs have to fit in the So my experience with Sean began in March of 2017. I told him what I was looking for and I was very picky! 35MPH, Real estate signs have to fit in the trunk, heated leather seats, low milage, under 14,000 and the list went on. He listened to all my requests and found me the perfect car. EVEN down to the color!!! I told him I would be back the next day to make my final decision and he told me he couldn't guarantee it would be here, but did not make me feel pressured. After doing my homework and realizing the car was priced extremely competitive and even less than other dealerships with similar cars I had made up my mind, I was there as soon as the doors opened the next day and in a few hours drove away in my NEW (to me) car. Of course I love the great deal I got on my maintenance plan as well and every time I go in for a service, Sean takes the time to visit with me and now he is helping me find a truck for my daughter. He responds to my calls promptly and always time for me! A few of the other salesmen in the office remember me as well and always stop to say hello. LOVE FERGUSON!!! More

Above and Beyond Hank my salesman went way beyond the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of at every turn.
