We just bought a brand new 2022 RX350 from here. Sean Conway in sales was knowledgeable and patient from the moment we stepped in to test drive the vehicle. After deciding we liked the vehicle but not the color/trim, he then proceeded to show us all of the options they had coming in, which were limited due to the chip shortage. After then explaining that we needed the vehicle sooner, he proceeded to do a dealer swap with a dealer several states away and was able to get us the car we wanted in less than a week! He never pressured us in any way which was refreshing compared to other places we'd dealt with. Gio Gauthier in finance was also fantastic and got us a great rate/payment. Both Sean and Gio were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process and easily reachable whenever we had any questions/issues.
