Sean + Phillips Chevrolet were both fantastic. With regards to Sean, I was looking for a specific vehicle/lease and I was coming from out of state. We worked back and forth via phone/email to get the specifics of the deal worked out. I gave him a deposit and told him I'd be there 2 days later to finalize the paperwork and pickup the car. Sean was super knowledgeable of the car and took time to show us all the features and answer our questions. He worked with us to get all the rebates we were entitled to through GM. The whole process was easy, quick, and exactly as we had discussed over the phone. No gotchas, hidden fees or extras. As a dealership Phillips was great too. They did have "extras" available for purchase, but there was only light mention of them - warranty, paint protection, key insurance, etc. There was not an high pressure to purchase any of these products which I really appreciated. My wife and I are pleased with Sean and the entire team at Phillips Chevrolet and love our new car! Thanks Sean!!!! More
