Full of BS in the service department. Even the managers in service are full of it. They tell you one thing knowing it’s another one. I would never take my vehicle here again, or would I ever recommend this place. The service manager, Shawn, and this Hispanic lady that works with him, they both are incompetent and liars. They told me I had to pay an astronomical amount of money just to get a diagnostic done to my car when I have a warranty on the vehicle.
