I have owned Honda's for the past 15 years, but wanted to get into an SUV. My nephew suggested looking into the Subaru Crosstrek so I did. It was exactly what I was looking for. Troy at Ed Shults of Warren contacted me and a week later, I drove home in a 2018 model. It was the most pleasant, simple, "new car buying" experience I have encountered. I will definitely be returned to this dealership for future purchases!!!! More

Great buying experience Troy Berg ,the sales person , is an outstanding individual He attempts to find the car you need at the price you can afford. Look for him when you shop at Shultz Of Warren. We find him very creditable. Both of the Ellsworth brothers who own and manage the operation were very helpful . Never thought I'd see the day! My family has been dealing with Shults of Warren since about 2007. Since then, we've purchased about a dozen cars and have not once been treated poorl My family has been dealing with Shults of Warren since about 2007. Since then, we've purchased about a dozen cars and have not once been treated poorly. I personally have only owned European vehicles since I turned 16, starting with a BMW to an Audi, a Volvo, another BMW, I never once pictured myself owning a Subaru .My mother purchased an Outback a week prior to me from Troy, and I quite liked how he treated her. He kept his cool the entire time dealing with my mother, even though she changed her mind about 10 times within the day she purchased her car. As for the car, It was fairly comfortable, drove quite nicely, and got excellent gas mileage, not to mention the fact that Subaru is synonymous for safety and reliability. These are very important factors to me when looking at a new car because I drive about 45,000 miles a year for work. The more I looked into a Subaru, the more I realized that it was the right move. Troy was a tremendous help with making sure I was comfortable with my decision. From deciding between various models, to helping me get the best deal possible, I have ZERO complaints about my experience. Even though Volvo of Buffalo sent me a package of cookies after I bought my Volvo, I can 100% confidently say that it was the best car buying experience I've had to date. He was a pleasure to work with, and did not once make me feel unconfident with my decision. If this man was able to handle my mothers indecisiveness, sell my sister a new Jeep, and get me from a fully loaded BMW X3 into an Outback Limited with EyeSight, I'm sure he can handle anything anyone can throw at him! More

I went to the dealership several months ago "looking" at the Crosstrek and was greeted by Frank Lincoln who explained the features and advantages to me. I explained to him that I was not ready "looking" at the Crosstrek and was greeted by Frank Lincoln who explained the features and advantages to me. I explained to him that I was not ready to purchase yet, but that I would return. He gave me a couple calls (not too many), so when I was ready to deal, it was an easy process. They quickly located a car for me and worked to get me the deal that I wanted. The management team, sales team and service team has treated me very well and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks Jon More
