DeHaven Chevrolet service hàs significantly gone downhill in the last few years to the point I am seriously considering going elsewhere. Most recently, 2 hours for an oil change is extreme. If technicians ar in the last few years to the point I am seriously considering going elsewhere. Most recently, 2 hours for an oil change is extreme. If technicians are in short supply, scheduling should be adjusted accordingly. A multitude of texts and emails were received continuing to remind me of the scheduled appointment. I arrived on time. However, it became obvious the department was not ready for my business. They have implemented a 3% fee for using a charge card, but provide no advance notice so that an alternate method of payment can be brought. Invoice errors have become systemic. This was the third visit where a service representative had to be advised of an error and the invoice amount corrected. I have been a DeHaven customer for many years, but something has changed in the management and focus of the business. From my experience it is not a successful change. More

The much needed oil change and inspection which I do as required and deep down I know it as insurance. Inspection shows rear breaks are in the next visit. They are not very attentive anymore. Sean told me it would be 1 hr, 2 and a half hrs I called him and he said oh yeah your cars done. I go to pick it up and it's outside. He told me everything was good and in the green, got home and looked at my papers and my tires are going bad. It's just not the same anymore. More
