Online Sales person Sean Johnson answered our question via e-mail and sent a video of the car. We made an appointment to see the car Saturday morning 4/13/2019. Met Sean in person and also met Anthony Taormina who took over the rest of the process. Anthony was very helpful, answered all our questions, let us test drive the car, inspected our trade in and handled all the arrangements thru the sales and inspection process. We worked with Traci Roberts on the actual purchase paperwork. The whole process from start to finish was very pleasant, never felt pressured, treated fairly. We felt comfortable with what we got for our trade in and what we paid for the car we purchased. I would do business again with Tucson Subaru. Thank you for helping us with our car purchase. My salesman was Sean Johnson who, although he works at Tucson Subaru, had every answer to the many questions I had about a Honda CRV I ended up purchasing. He was on time for our appointments and was a pleasure to deal with. He made me feel very comfortable at the Subaru dealership and explained the service I could expect from Subaru. I would contact him and recommend him to any of my friends looking for an automobile. The Finance officer that handled my transaction was Jennifer Duran. She was very efficient preparing my closing documents. She explained in detail what each document I signed represented. When offering the additional options she made me feel relaxed and did not High Pressure me in any way. I did decide to purchase one of the options partly due to her through description of it.
