Sean Johnson went above and beyond to find the car I wanted. I knew precisely what I wanted in trim level, color, options and accessories on a 2019 Crosstek. Unfortunately, the one that came closest was subject I knew precisely what I wanted in trim level, color, options and accessories on a 2019 Crosstek. Unfortunately, the one that came closest was subject to a recall just as the paperwork was being completed, and it would have taken at least another week until the replacement part was available. Undaunted, Sean located the exact twin (except for VIN number, of course) at another dealership. The paperwork, which was time-consuming but worth it, had to be redone because of the different VIN, but I was able to drive home with my new car the next day. More

Sean Johnson was awesome! We've been thinking about a replacement vehicle for a long time. As the prior owners of two Subaru vehicles, we naturally wanted another one. I did a ton of research and talked to a number of dealerships, but Tucson Subaru had both the best selection of certified pre-owned Subaru cars, and a great representative in Sean Johnson. Sean talked with me on the phone and via text, as I requested, and met with us in the late evening for our first test drive. He had no problems letting me and my wife take turns driving, and answered all of our questions, even questions from our seven and eight year old sons! We decided we wanted to do some comparison, so Sean met us on another day and let us drive three other cars as we looked for the right one for our family. He listened to all of our requirements and never pushed a single car, option, or other thing on us, he just let us make our decision. We ended up with a super-low-miles 2018 Outback and we love it!
