Her excellent customer service and courtesy made me feel comfortable in what can be a very stressful and intimidating experience buying a new car. She really cares about making sure you are happy and knowledgeable about your purchase. I met Cameron a few weeks prior and was great to work with, and really helped me in getting excellent pricing for my purchase and trade in. Sean was awesome in the finance department in getting me the best loan and answering all my questions in helping me understand the process and paperwork. Everyone in the dealership was so nice in making this experience excellent. I would highly recommend anybody in the car buying market come to Ricart and see Heather for their purchase! More

Wonderful sales experience buying a Hyundai Tucson!! I met my sales advisor Heather Golden weeks prior to purchasing my new truck. I was at the dealership picking up a part for my old truck and I was gre I met my sales advisor Heather Golden weeks prior to purchasing my new truck. I was at the dealership picking up a part for my old truck and I was greeted by Heather and she said you didn't have to buy a part today you can buy a new car..lol! I said no not today and a month or two later when I decided to trade my vehicle in I looked her up to get her name. She was so very nice and professional. I was by myself with my 9yr old daughter which made it difficult to handle business, but Heather was patient and even entertained her while I met with the finance manager. Everyone that I encountered while at the dealership was so nice. I would recommend Ricart to anyone I know looking for a vehicle!! If you are looking for an excellent sales advisor see Heather Golden!! More

He made my husband I and I feel very comfortable without feeling pressured into buying. The actual finance person Sean? who worked with us in regards to price negotiation would receive a 2 star rating. We never seen the guy, he just relayed everything over the phone to anther lady who showed us our price points on the paper. When we asked if he could come down he said only $100. Never asked what we’re we comfortable with price range and just overall didn’t seem willing to want to make a sell for the day. We ended up buying ultimately because of our sales rep David and I needed a car because mine has been totaled. In the future I’ll recommend people due to the customer service of the sales rep! More

Great customer service....good price and rebate. I really felt a 'team spirit at Ricart. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and seemed to work well with each other. Heather Golden took me on my test drive and sealed the deal for me. Financing folks were great, too. David Sasso (sp?) took my initial inquiry over the phone and got the ball rolling. He was busy with another client when I came in, but Jeremy and Heather were both there to help. I drive off in a new car in about three hours. (Includes test drive, financing and lots of papers to sign) More

Above and Beyond Sales Lady Ricart Hyundai is very fortunate to have Heather Golden as their sales lady. I went in to buy a new Sonata and after explaining the Sonata was made Ricart Hyundai is very fortunate to have Heather Golden as their sales lady. I went in to buy a new Sonata and after explaining the Sonata was made larger than my 2007 Sonata and that the Elantra is about the same size as my car. I ended up purchasing the Elantra. I did not want a larger car. She didn't have to tell me this. Her experience, knowledge, personality and whatever goes along with this was extremely professional. She bent backwards to explain all the features on the car and answered all my questions, She even went so far to program the main features that I would use. My knowledge of technology is very nil. Everyone that was involved with making my deal were all the best. Heather to me was a blessing. In my mind Heather is the best. More
