I apologize in advance for the long review, but my experience warrants it. I've purchased/leased about 6 vehicles during my lifetime for myself and my wife and this experience was by far the best one experience warrants it. Not only was the inventory where I live pretty depleted, but the prices that they were asking for were just out of reach for me as this vehicle was going to be more of a secondary vehicle to haul my kids to fun activities. I had heard great things about Del Toyota, so I reached out and dealt with Mitch. Mitch dealt with me every step of the way and kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle as it was in Transit from the Manufacturer. The dealer facilitated everything for me. I also wanted to add a TRD Dual Exhaust and Mitch made sure that they got it in stock and had it installed for me before I made the trip from out of state. The vehicle arrived Tuesday April 6. I went to the dealership yesterday (April 10) and was greeted immediately. My first impression of this dealership was great as it was open, clean, and everyone was smiling, including the customers that were walking around, For whatever reason you just don't see that where I live. Mitch met with me right away, gave me my owners manual, keys, and said finance was ready for me. I spent about 5 minutes with Mitch, another 5 minutes with Sean in finance, just signing paperwork that was already waiting for me, and then Joshua (The Tech Guy). We went outside to the truck and he sat down with us and went over EVERYTHING. He set up my Toyota application, connected my bluetooth/apple CarPlay and showed me all of the features/buttons and what they all do. I've never seen such a person so happy to help/dedicated to making sure that we understood everything before we drove off of the lot. I'm not even exaggerating when I say he spent a good 20-30 minutes with us making sure that we were confident on how everything works. I was completely blown away. I will be using Del Toyota from now on when my leases are up. This was a completely zero stress, zero aggravation experience even from driving from out of state. All of the car rental companies are just a minute down the road, so I rented a car from home for a one way trip with my wife and we had a nice relaxing road trip, while picking up the truck I have been looking at for the past 4 years. Thank you Mitch, Joshua and Sean for everything, and when my wife's lease is up, we will be seeing you again for a new Sienna. Josh I can't wait to see what kind of technology the "Future" holds for Toyota! A++++++++++ More

I spent 2 solid weeks searching for a Tundra in 3 states. Del had the most new and used Tundras on the lot that I had seen during my search. Nice, easy going, and as efficient as they could make the process especially being from out of state. I was hoping for a bit more on my old old trade in but the appraiser did bump the price up a hair after the deal was already done so I didn’t have to figure out how to get it back to Maryland.
