1: Video exam of wheel alignment is a scam. Almost got suckered. 2: Ur tech didn’t address noise issue; just lubbed up the chassis. By far this is the best dealership I've ever been to. I first dealt with Derek, who answered every question I had and was a pleasure to deal with even though I changed my mind twice on which vehicle I want first dealt with Derek, who answered every question I had and was a pleasure to deal with even though I changed my mind twice on which vehicle I wanted. Then I sat in the finance office where I was sure I would be sitting for over an hour. I was completely wrong. Sean had me out in under 10 minutes and didn't play any games with the numbers or try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in. The deal I had arranged was the deal he had ready for me to sign. And finally I worked with Chelsea who explained just about every feature of my new truck and even set up my phone to work with it. The customer service experience at Del Toyota is absolutely top notch. I drove 2 hours from NYC where there is no shortage of Toyota dealerships to buy from, including 2 that are less than 20 minutes from my house. The 2 hour drive is 100 percent worth it and I will be definitely be back next year when it's time to get something new for the Mrs. More
