I was nervous about coming up from LA, but they had the car I wanted and were quick, clear, a This is by far the best dealer experience I've ever had. I was nervous about coming up from LA, but they had the car I wanted and were quick, clear, and concise via email so I went for it. My first surprise came when they asked what time I'd be arriving so they could be ready. None of this, show up and we'll get to ya. When I got there, my car was ready and the person I'd dealt with was waiting and had the finance team waiting as well. One of my least favorite things about dealers is how pushy they can be. The team at this dealer asked how I normally handled things like service plans or warranties and, based on my answers, gave me options I asked to know more about and that were relevant. The entire paperwork process took less than twenty minutes, then I was given a knowledgeable walkthrough on how to operate all the new tech (my previous car was a 2016 Tacoma). I was at the dealer in total for less than 45 minutes, without a single snag, headache, or feeling pushed into anything I didn't want. Getting a new car should be fun and this is the only dealer I've ever been to that's managed to keep it that way. I'll be their customer for life. More
