I was expecting exceptional service and I got it. It helps that the crew do not have the attitude that the car sells itself, they really know their stuff. Thank you! helps that the crew do not have the attitude that the car sells itself, they really know their stuff. Thank you! More

I live 3 hours from the dealership and was able to have all my questions on the vehicle, pricing and financing completed via text and email. After approximately 10 years of premium service to my former Porsche turbo, I knew I would be treated well. This was an understatement. PORSCHE FRESNO was impeccable, honest, straightforward, and above a former Porsche turbo, I knew I would be treated well. This was an understatement. PORSCHE FRESNO was impeccable, honest, straightforward, and above all, FAIR. Because of CJ’s commitment to excellence , his entire staff had treated me to white glove service. Sean was instrumental in making me feel completely in control, towards my purchase of a new 2020 Porsche 4S. Not only would I recommend them, but I would do this process all over again!! Thank you Porsche FRESNO, for treating me like a customer, but more important, like a friend. More

Purchase of our Audi This was one of the best vehicle transactions we have had in a long time. We happened to stop by the dealership and from the first meeting with Sean This was one of the best vehicle transactions we have had in a long time. We happened to stop by the dealership and from the first meeting with Sean on the BMW side we felt like we were being well taken care of. We then were taken to meet with Francisco on the Audi side. We checked the Audi Q5 out, took it for a test drive and decided this was the car we wanted. Francisco was knowledgeable and straight forward. All in all we proceeded to negotiate the deal, signed the paperwork including trading our Audi Q5TDI , transferred our belongings, and proceeded to Southern California, which was our destination. Thank you and it was a pleasure. More
