Ted consistently provides excellent service. He is always phenomenal at coordinating, explaining and communicating. Always easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule. All was well until I was told my new car had been received from another dealership and was ready for me to come get it. However upon arrival for pick up it was not ready- the add-ons I ordered were n received from another dealership and was ready for me to come get it. However upon arrival for pick up it was not ready- the add-ons I ordered were not on it, nor were they available at Manly that time. Minutes before driving away with my new car the sales person went through many of the features, in breakneck speed. It felt tremendously rushed. I was referred to the Honda website for additional tutorials, but found this a dead end. YouTube videos have been far more helpful. Because the car was not to my specifications, a free roundtrip tow was to be arranged to get it back to Manly for the add-on installations. This resulted in some texting that was not as professional and prompt as I would have liked. I left a message on a superior's voicemail, seeking help, which was not answered promptly, nor did it include a message that he was on vacation- thus a time lag occurred during which felt like I was being blown off. There's some room for improvement here. More

Michael Lyons provides horrible customer service, no follow through, follow up, or even a returned phone call. I have left several messages via phone and text and he can’t seem to have the common courte follow through, follow up, or even a returned phone call. Purchased a vehicle last Friday online due to Covid and living 2 hours away, I was not advised of the prior damage around the vehicle. Michael Lyons advised he would “ send photos “ of the vehicle, but didn’t. My last car totaled and being a mother of 2 I needed a car. Honestly if I would have known this was the type of treatment I would receive from Manly Honda I would have taken my business elsewhere. I hope future customers are treated better. ** I reached out to Paul ( the GM ) who was extremely helpful, heard my concerns and addressed them.
