Pleasant and at my pace I decided to check out Manly Honda when I was looking to buy my first car because my sister has been buying her cars from them for years and was alway I decided to check out Manly Honda when I was looking to buy my first car because my sister has been buying her cars from them for years and was always satisfied with the experience and quality. The test drive was easy and casual and was encouraged to go test drive at other dealerships and come back once more after, which I did, and I felt that it was a good suggestion and really helped me choose on the car and the dealership. Andrew and Sean were both very helpful and made the paperwork process easy and understandable. I love my car and and am satisfied with the care Manly Honda has provided and will be providing in the future maintenance of my car. More

Amazing customer service Let me start off by saying that my previous experience with another car dealerships was an unpleasant one and it left me very sceptical coming in. As Let me start off by saying that my previous experience with another car dealerships was an unpleasant one and it left me very sceptical coming in. As soon as I walked into Manly Honda I knew it was going to be a different experience. Martin started by helping me look through their extensive inventory on his computer to narrow down our search, all the while giving a brief history of the family run dealership. Then Jesse took us through the lot indulging me in checking every car I considered and providing a no pressure atmosphere that set me at ease. When I finally picked the car I now love, he handed us over to Sean to finish all of the paperwork. What usually is the stressful part of buying a car turned out to be some of the most fun we had the whole trip. Sean had us laughing the whole transition all while helping me to get the most competitive rates. If I could give six stars I would. As it is I know that anytime I need a new car or if my family/friends need a recommendation I know where we'll go Manly provided me with such good customer service I felt like part of the family. More

Awesome Experience I decided to buy a new Honda because my Accord is 17 years old. I bought it at Manly in 2002 and nothing has ever gone wrong with it and it still runs I decided to buy a new Honda because my Accord is 17 years old. I bought it at Manly in 2002 and nothing has ever gone wrong with it and it still runs great. But...I was overdue for a new car and I knew I wanted another Honda. Browsing online I was immediately contacted by Internet Sales Manager Chris-Tara Browne. I thought I would be hounded (which is annoying) but Chris was so nice, helpful and personable and after meeting him in person, I liked him even more! I seriously wanted to just hang out with him! He was realistic with what I could afford and I decided on the 2019 Civic. I was a little uneasy about the car payments and then Sean in finance worked his magic!! It was crazy...He got my payments and the interest down way low. I am ecstatic and I will never buy a car anywhere else! Thanks Guys! More

Customer Service! No BS!! I went to Manly and met Scott. I told him I was “shopping” around for the best car for me and also at the best price. I added I will provide my busine I went to Manly and met Scott. I told him I was “shopping” around for the best car for me and also at the best price. I added I will provide my business to the best customer service and realistic price with no bulls**t. He was very professional in answering all of my questions and very flexible with what I was looking for. He Showed me every car I asked to see. I wasn’t lying when I said I was shopping around. I’ve been at two dealers beforehand and manly was hands down the better service. Scott attended to me and only me. Provided printed hand outs with specs details and prices. And also stated they would price match anybody just so they could serve me to have my business. One dislike I had was when I went to purchase the car I had to wait for a long time. From the time we arrived to the time we left was about 4 hours in total which seemed ridiculous to me. The service paid for itself which was nice but still inconvenient for our day off. More
