Easy in and out! We came in knowing we wanted used. On the website there were 2 used 2018 Honda Odyssey LX, when we got there, only one was left and had less miles tha We came in knowing we wanted used. One word of advice, come in pre-approved with any CUDL bank. We spent maybe 4 hours talking price and in finance but finished right after lunch! We were even given pasta and cupcakes! I would honestly buy my next car here! More

Good Buying Experience, Poor Follow Up I had been looking for a Subaru Outback for about 6 months and finely found the year, mileage and style I wanted for a great price at Manly. I worked I had been looking for a Subaru Outback for about 6 months and finely found the year, mileage and style I wanted for a great price at Manly. I worked primarily with Alex Iniguez, internet sales contact, with him providing me information and ensuring the vehicle would be held for me when I was coming down the next day. Alex was pleasant, friendly, and informative and I did not feel pressured at all. He also helped get everything in line so I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership itself. I finalized my loan paperwork with one of the finance managers who was also fine to work with however there was a last piece to finish up with the bank a couple days after the sale and I was informed by the dealership that I had 7 business days. My loan officer at B of A was extremely prompt and responsive but I could not get my finance manager at Manly to call me back. I called twice a day for 5 days and left multiple voicemails until finally asked to speak to a director and left a voicemail and that afternoon got a return call with the excuse that “voicemail wasn’t really working”. Ultimately, I had a really good experience at this dealership and would recommend but I do recommend staying on top of any loose strings. I have had my car for just under a month and so far am still satisfied with my purchase. More
