Chris greeted us straight away, showed us the awesome possibilities, and worked thru what was best for me given a less-than-stellar credit score and the need for stability, reliability, and comfort for my heavy commute needs. Chris was professional, helpful, funny, and focused throughout our time with him, and he made sure I got a GREAT deal with ZERO HAGGLING and in my best interest. Prices were MORE THAN FAIR and the coverage options for Gap Protection and Comprehensive were not to be missed! I was a somewhat picky buyer and am happy to say Chris was very good about meeting my needs. While this is labeled a review of Chris, I'm going to add a word or three about Manley Honda. First, the policy of being able to return a car post-purchase is invaluable; you can get a much better idea about it over the course of a few days of driving. Second, while Sean Lumibo handled the financial transaction smoothly and both Chris and he are personable and a pleasure to work with, the purchase process itself isn't so wonderful - it takes far too long to make a simple cash purchase - but that seems to be pretty much the industry standard these days. More

A Patient and Understanding Auto Purchase Experience My wife and I used our online insurance buying service and received an offer direct from Manly to visit their dealership and look at their inventory. My wife and I used our online insurance buying service and received an offer direct from Manly to visit their dealership and look at their inventory. We met with our representative who was standing near the front door upon our arrival and greeted us by name (having never met us before). We spoke briefly about what model of Honda we would like to look at. We were pleasantly surprised that Chris Foy provided no pressure sales experience, was fully aware of our online inquiry, and was ready to spend the time necessary to show us multiple Pilots that may meet our desires. We were able to take a test drive giving my wife a first ever driver experience in a Honda. We were invited to take the vehicle to show our son and family. When my wife decided that the color combo was not quite the right one for her, Chris went "on the hunt" for the exact Pilot she desired. The price was right, The color combo was found. We didn't get as much for our trade=in as we desired but the Sales Manager worked with us within reason and a deal was struck. From Sales to Finance, everything came together to our satisfaction. Our car buying experience was a pleasurable one at Manly. More
