Where do I start... I asked my neighbor on 9/7/16 who he purchased his Honda from in April, he sent over Chris' contact info real quick... It wasn't like he had to locate the info, he actually had Chris stored in his phone as a contact. Right there I knew I had to call this guy. I talked to Chris and told him I had turned down an offer the day before from a different dealer and told him where I wanted to be on my trade in and the purchase of a 2016 Pilot Elite. He made it happen! I walked into Honda also met Beejan and he had all the paperwork ready and some great input about gap insurance and the extended warranty. These guys got me the best rate possible and I we were in a brand new Pilot on Friday the 9 due to it coming from another dealer from the east bay. Not only did these guys give me what I wanted on my trade in, they were able to get the color we wanted to, in case you are not aware, the Pilot Elite is hard to find, not enough inventory for the demand. The whole experience was amazing, and painless. There was no pressure at all. Then there is Sean... He is top notch, he went through every single feature of the Pilot step by step, and all 3 guys texted and called me the day after the purchase to see how things were. I can not give enough praise to Chris and this team. 1st class service not only with me but my neighbor... No wonder why he saved Chris' number in his phone. If you are thinking about a new vehicle, don't even hesitate and talk to Chris or anyone on his team. More

Excellent experience I have been considering purchasing a new vehicle for quite some time. I've had an older Accord for many years, but with the people I worked with, I fe I have been considering purchasing a new vehicle for quite some time. I've had an older Accord for many years, but with the people I worked with, I felt like it was OK to make a change. Sean was very courteous and considerate for my needs. And Chris was helpful towards making me comfortable with my choice as well. Sean was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and thoroughly went over it all. As well as offering to do it again if I needed to come back. I will surely be recommending this group to all my friends. I love my new Honda Civic!! More

Great dealer,but bad service.....! I believe his name is Dave He dissaperd from his desk leaving me waiting for my car for a long time. The most annoying thing is that i told him about this first time when they told me that he went to his break without asking anyone to follow up with my car's paper work leaving me waiting long time, and he said" ooh I'm so sorry that will never happen again". I was ok great,but again he did the same thing....! The first time that happend did not want to mention anything in a review but happening twice is to much for profesional service I asked for the manager and there was no manager or gral manager available but there was Paul Ciardiello,and he tried his best to solve the problem but still does not make me feel satisfied cos it does not show how they value the time of their customers. Amazing customer service! I was forced into buying a car. My car had been rear ended and totalled. I went to several dealerships, researching different makes and models. A family friend put me in touch with Manly Honda and I'm so glad they did. I felt so taken care of by the employees that by the end, I drove off feeling like a queen! Seriously. It is obvious that they pride themselves on customer service and while we were talking business, we also got to throw in some laughs as well. Can't thank them enough! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our wants and needs in a vehicle, and our time( a 2 year old at home doesn't leave a lot of extra time to fuss around) We were able to get an awesome car for a great deal and he didn't give us the run around like I feel most car salesmen do.
