The team makes a difference I have gone to Manly Honda over the years to get help with Honda vehicles that I have purchased elsewhere and have always been given excellent service I have gone to Manly Honda over the years to get help with Honda vehicles that I have purchased elsewhere and have always been given excellent service that has left me feeling good about having gone in. This time was the first time to purchase a vehicle from them and I am so glad that I did. When it comes to cars, I don't have a lot of confidence in what I need though I do know what I want . I know the things that I have enjoyed about driving other vehicles and some of the things that I have not liked. I really appreciated that the service team sat with me and really listened to what I had to say. They were able to match me up with the perfect car and helped me get the best deal and financing possible. Whereas I might feel unsure about going to service centers for maintenance normally, I am pleased that I need not worry about that now. I know that the team at Manly Honda is going to look after my needs. They will be fair and provide me with the options that I might need. A special thank you to Beejan, Justin, Sean and Dave. Not being truthful, I asked if the leather seats had holes in them and if they were repaired. I took it to a specialist and he confirmed that liquid leather was used t I asked if the leather seats had holes in them and if they were repaired. I took it to a specialist and he confirmed that liquid leather was used to repair several spots in the car. I’ve asked for the car to be detailed last Friday and when I came in to pick up the car this week nothing was done inside; I have texted the person that was supposed to help me and he was telling me that yes the car looks nice and all has been taken care of. Was a bit upset since I took time off from my busy schedule at the hospital for this. Also when I asked the seals person if there was anything else missing, he said no; come to find out the antenna was missing and a piece of plastic by the windshield. If you can’t solve customers’ problems, you won’t be in the business for long. You need to be in the business of serving people by selling cars, not in the business of cars serving people. More

Cars have always been a mysterious boondoggle to me, and Bill's calm reassurance and expertise and just plain old easy to understand explanations set him above. I wish everyone had an advocate like him. He's just the best there is! Sincerely, Jackee Pimental P.S. and it was fun meeting Mandi and Sean too! They add a breath of fresh air! You need another category under how to pick an employee to work with, and that doesn't come from a "bio". It's someone who will listen and respond and not make you feel foolish or uneducated or like they are in a big rush. I always pick Bill because of WHO HE IS and how he TREATS ME, with patience and kindness and expertise. Because of the WAY HE IS, I always do the work on my car he suggests, if I can afford it at that time. Want your kid to learn how to read? Ask me. Want to find out how a car runs, and get it fixed?
