Not being truthful, I asked if the leather seats had holes in them and if they were repaired. I took it to a specialist and he confirmed that liquid leather was used t I asked if the leather seats had holes in them and if they were repaired. I took it to a specialist and he confirmed that liquid leather was used to repair several spots in the car. I’ve asked for the car to be detailed last Friday and when I came in to pick up the car this week nothing was done inside; I have texted the person that was supposed to help me and he was telling me that yes the car looks nice and all has been taken care of. Was a bit upset since I took time off from my busy schedule at the hospital for this. Also when I asked the seals person if there was anything else missing, he said no; come to find out the antenna was missing and a piece of plastic by the windshield. If you can’t solve customers’ problems, you won’t be in the business for long. You need to be in the business of serving people by selling cars, not in the business of cars serving people. More

We challenged the team during the negotiations and had a healthy back and forth during the deal. This motivated team stepped up to meet our requests. In the end, we agreed on what we expected as fair value for our trade in (which was a prior Manly purchase) and even closed the deal with a few perks. We'll certainly be back when the time comes to buy again. More
