You need another category under how to pick an employee to work with, and that doesn't come from a "bio". It's someone who will listen and respond and not make you feel foolish or uneducated or like they are in a big rush. I always pick Bill because of WHO HE IS and how he TREATS ME, with patience and kindness and expertise. Because of the WAY HE IS, I always do the work on my car he suggests, if I can afford it at that time. Want your kid to learn how to read? Ask me. Want to find out how a car runs, and get it fixed? Ask Bill Robertson. Everytime something on my car acts up, I thank God right then and there, that Bill's name pops up in my mind, and I am ON THAT PHONE TO HIM IMMEDIATELY! We challenged the team during the negotiations and had a healthy back and forth during the deal. This motivated team stepped up to meet our requests. In the end, we agreed on what we expected as fair value for our trade in (which was a prior Manly purchase) and even closed the deal with a few perks. We'll certainly be back when the time comes to buy again. More
