Sean was excellent, he explained everything to me with clarity and if I had any objections he would note them. There was one thing that confused me. I went there to do my first free service appointment bu clarity and if I had any objections he would note them. There was one thing that confused me. I went there to do my first free service appointment but the code on the care was A16 which meant the rear differential fluid should be changed. I thought that would be included but it was not and Sean said it wasn't included and if I didn't want to do it and pay for it($200) he would note it. A brand new car with 8,000 miles on it and this needs to be done but it's not part of the first free service. Confusing to say the least, but I will remember. Like I said,Sean was excellent! More
