Disappointed Senior responded

Unfortunately, a "Cease and Desist" letter was sent to me while I was waiting to hear from your general manager regarding all of the issues; thus, I cannot contact Gregg as advised in the response and that should have been known by Gregg. Presently, I am a black, female, senior who went alone to purchase a RAV 4 and now this matter has been forwarded to the American Arbitration Association. It is unfortunate that in the Finance Department I was told to sign an arbitration agreement; but according to the AAA, Fred Anderson has never submitted its' arbitration for approval. There are so many negative factors; yes, my purchase certainly did "clearly fell short."
