Dealer did not properly inspect tires, one was flat when i bought it, that was fixed without explanation as to what was wrong, once i got it home i found a large chunk cut into the sidewall and they glued i i bought it, that was fixed without explanation as to what was wrong, once i got it home i found a large chunk cut into the sidewall and they glued it down. Third party warranty was more expensive than most. And doesnt cover this kind of tire damage so ill have to buy new tires. Other that that it was a good experience. Jody reached out to me and replaced the tire after a bit of confusion, she was wonderful and very helpful. More

Got a great price on a very low mileage (less than 7k) used Ford Escape. We had an issue that the service dept was slow to deal with, but Sean, our salesman, stepped in and made everything right! Ganley Ford has always treated me both professionally and respectfully.
