Great customer service From the moment I came in the service was great. The person that greeted me was friendly, my service advisor sean was super informative and upfront. I From the moment I came in the service was great. The person that greeted me was friendly, my service advisor sean was super informative and upfront. I was offered a shuttle ride home while my vehicle was serviced which was awesome and they picked me back up to get my car. The cashiers helped me get my vehicle because sean wasnt available and they were very prompt and friendly. I will definitely be coming back. More

I was very satisfied with the quality service and treatment I was given from the time I pulled up I was greeted by friendly and professional associates. Stephanie Santiago my service advisor was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure any questions I had were answered. The service on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. Toyota of Lancaster has excellent and professional customer service from the sales department to the service department I couldn't ask for a better group of associates working together as a team to make sure the customer is fully satisfied.
