Service just so so! Had a great service guy that we always used to get(on purpose), was told he is no longer there. Gave another guy a shot, the whole experience was far less personable, and didn't come across "as caring" as the old guy. Service is now just so so. Nothing to brag about. More

Great customer service From the moment I came in the service was great. The person that greeted me was friendly, my service advisor sean was super informative and upfront. I was offered a shuttle ride home while my vehicle was serviced which was awesome and they picked me back up to get my car. The cashiers helped me get my vehicle because sean wasnt available and they were very prompt and friendly. I will definitely be coming back. More

Stephanie Santiago my service advisor was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure any questions I had were answered. The service on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. Toyota of Lancaster has excellent and professional customer service from the sales department to the service department I couldn't ask for a better group of associates working together as a team to make sure the customer is fully satisfied.
