Came in with blinking check engine light but was sent away after diagnostic as there is no issue. Left the dealership and light started blinking again and went away. I scheduled a quick 2 yr service with only 13,000 miles. I had stated that I planned to wait for my vehicle. I was switched to an all day apt to cover recalls with NO loaner despite this being my work vehi I had stated that I planned to wait for my vehicle. I was switched to an all day apt to cover recalls with NO loaner despite this being my work vehicle. Despite no loaner and having my car ALL day due to recalls, they didn’t even bother to wash or charge my iD4. When picking up my vehicle, I had to ask what work was done. The service person didn’t really know and even suggested that this vehicle needed new brakes! I have had nothing but problems with VW. My previous “repair on 1 yr car” took 5 months which they then blamed on me!!! If you need to contact corporate you cannot. Even service department cannot contact corporate. Run from VW brand! More
