I had an appointment for 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:20 10 minutes early. I was asked to wait as there were only two service consultants available. There were two other people waiting pri I arrived at 9:20 10 minutes early. I was asked to wait as there were only two service consultants available. There were two other people waiting prior to me. I assumed the weight would not be in after a half an hour, and watching not only the two people that were there previously be helped but people that came after me be helped. I decided to leave, unfortunately whether or not I choose to utilize your services in the future will be completely dependent upon the response to this survey. The ball is in your court. My business and time are much too valuable to give to someone that does not appreciate both. More
