The people here are great. The last time I brought my car in, it had been scheduled for weeks so I expected the parts for the door handle would be there since they knew for we The last time I brought my car in, it had been scheduled for weeks so I expected the parts for the door handle would be there since they knew for weeks that I was coming. However, the part wasn't there so they couldn't do it and I have to go back when the part comes in. I brought the car in at 7am to do my part that it would be done as soon as possible. The software update is usually the thing that takes a long time. But I got a half way through the day saying the software update was done but the part for the door handles wasn't in. Again, they knew for weeks I was coming. Couldn't they have known that prior to me coming in? Other than that, the people here are all great and very nice so that makes the experience a lot better. Updating the protocol to making sure the part is there before the customer arrives would be a positive change and then I could give 5 stars. Sean was a pleasure to work with and he empathized with my situation. I appreciate that as customer service goes a long way these days. More
