Last thing I wanted to do is to leave a poor review. In short, I had to take the car in for the second time in less than 3 months for the same problem: cylinder misfire. Both times, the car was in the shop for 3 days, major inconvenience. Fortunately, the work was under warranty, and they were kind enough to redo it (seal camcage) at no expense. However, it appears what they fixed the first time wasn't the root cause, as they are recommending additional work now. And, it took them one full day to get back to me regarding the additional recommended services. I could have overlooked a lot of things, but I don't appreciate the lack of communication. Declined all additional work, took the car home. Next day, check engine light is back on again. I won't be back to Dirito Brothers. More

They respond quickly and easily by text which I appreciate because I don’t always answer my phone. They accommodated cleaning my car. Three stars is a fair rating for Dirito Brothers service allowing my wife to drive away with a reported safety hazard, a repair that would have likely taken one of their experienced techs minutes to resolve with tools that I don't have on hand, such as a plastic pry tool, etc. I also feel that my loyalty (for whatever that's worth these days) to their service department should be rewarded with an exception from their service department. But, I guess the profit just isn't there to incentivize them. Will I be returning? Yes. One last factory service before my extended warranty is up. More
