The last time I brought my car in, it had been scheduled for weeks so I expected the parts for the door handle would be there since they knew for we The last time I brought my car in, it had been scheduled for weeks so I expected the parts for the door handle would be there since they knew for weeks that I was coming. However, the part wasn't there so they couldn't do it and I have to go back when the part comes in. I brought the car in at 7am to do my part that it would be done as soon as possible. The software update is usually the thing that takes a long time. But I got a half way through the day saying the software update was done but the part for the door handles wasn't in. Again, they knew for weeks I was coming. Couldn't they have known that prior to me coming in? Other than that, the people here are all great and very nice so that makes the experience a lot better. Updating the protocol to making sure the part is there before the customer arrives would be a positive change and then I could give 5 stars. Sean was a pleasure to work with and he empathized with my situation. I appreciate that as customer service goes a long way these days. More

Last thing I wanted to do is to leave a poor review. In short, I had to take the car in for the second time in less than 3 months for the same problem: cylinder misfire. Both times, the car was in the shop for 3 days, major inconvenience. Fortunately, the work was under warranty, and they were kind enough to redo it (seal camcage) at no expense. However, it appears what they fixed the first time wasn't the root cause, as they are recommending additional work now. And, it took them one full day to get back to me regarding the additional recommended services. I could have overlooked a lot of things, but I don't appreciate the lack of communication. Declined all additional work, took the car home. Next day, check engine light is back on again. I won't be back to Dirito Brothers. More

They respond quickly and easily by text which I appreciate because I don’t always answer my phone. They accommodated cleaning my car.
