After being to multiple types of service centers over the years (Mercedes, Ford, Lexus) and now VW. I'm always leaving a little underwhelmed. Making an appt for 7am but not being seeing until 7:30 is not ide years (Mercedes, Ford, Lexus) and now VW. I'm always leaving a little underwhelmed. Making an appt for 7am but not being seeing until 7:30 is not ideal. I scheduled this to head to work thinking it would be a quick and easy drop, being done close to 7:15am. There was one one service team member around at 7am but multiple cars waiting, Is there no option or request to wash the vehicle? I was surprised the last couple times I have been to this VW that they don't even ask? Overall, I feel like I am intruding/being bothersome when I drop off my vehicle. Not the feeling you want when dealing with a service center. More

My appointment was at 11 Am. I was checked in at 11:25....my pick up was 2 pm but my car was not ready until 3:04pm.
