I love the service I get from Dirito Bros. The engine splash shield started falling off of my car and was dragging on the ground. It didn't break the bank, either. The excellent value and the stellar, friendly service are why I'll keep coming back to Dirito Bros Walnut Creek Volkswagen. More

When one goes to a dealership for routine maintenance that is charged at a premium price, it is disappointing when they won’t be bothered to even wash the windows or vacuum the floors. Especially when JiffyLube does provide the service for their customers. Service and time to complete the job was good but was truly disappointed that something so automatic can’t be done. More

This dealership is either unable or unwilling to resolve my cars problems. I have brought my car in for repairs 4 times in the past few weeks - 3 of them for the same exact problems.
