Had an appointment for a couple recall items and leaking coolant diagnosis. Took 20 days before I got my car back. From what I can tell they didn’t schedule anyone to work on my car and it was just sitting coolant diagnosis. Took 20 days before I got my car back. From what I can tell they didn’t schedule anyone to work on my car and it was just sitting there, so no point in making an appointment. No communication from the service department, I had to call them twice a week for updates when they passed the estimates for my car to be done with no word from them. While my car was there it was driven over 150 miles which seems like a lot for the “overnight test drive” at the end I was told about. And they didn’t bother to wash it so I got it back filthy from sitting outside. Overall, I will try to go anywhere else next time I need work on my car despite the fact this is the most convenient location for me. More
