Sean TISDALE is my service associate. He was fantastic! Saved me a lot of money and gave me good advice to wait for a brake job a few more months. Could not be happier. He was fantastic! "Wow! That's all I can say about my excellent experience at Jessup Auto Plaza! Shaun Tisdale went above and beyond to ensure I was informed and comfortable That's all I can say about my excellent experience at Jessup Auto Plaza! Shaun Tisdale went above and beyond to ensure I was informed and comfortable throughout the entire repair process. It's rare to come across someone willing to go the extra mile to help in such little, yet important, ways these days: • It was late Friday afternoon when I dropped off my car, and Shaun made sure that it was safe to drive and mentioned that the parts would not be in until Monday, so I could keep my car over the weekend. • Shaun called to let me know that my car was ready. When I mentioned that I had calls and would be heading there around 3 pm, he took the initiative to arrange for transportation, and my car was scheduled for a 3 pm pickup. Having warm and friendly personnel is especially reassuring when it comes to expensive car repairs, and I'm glad that I've found a place and a trusted representative for my future car maintenance, repairs, and my next purchase. Shaun, you rock! Thank you so much!" More
