Poor customer service. I didn’t get timely responses from the sales manager nor the courtesy to follow up with me after selling the vehicle that I was interested in. I've had the opportunity to work closely with Robert and James in Sales, both of which have been very helpful. Have also had top notch service from Jorge in the service Department. We contacted Dan Jessup last week and had a great conversation regarding their 2018 Cadillac XT5 and Dan was stellar in connecting us with Nelson Noguera, Sales and Leasing Consultant. As business conversation regarding their 2018 Cadillac XT5 and Dan was stellar in connecting us with Nelson Noguera, Sales and Leasing Consultant. As business owners we were very impressed with Nelson in the complete transaction which was excellent… all of our questions were answered and all of the steps including Fernando in Finance were very satisfying. Definite referrals in the future! More

My visit was for the service of the problem that my corvette has, and it is covered by warranty. After 2 months of waiting and creating case with manufacture, they told me at the end "go where you boug corvette has, and it is covered by warranty. After 2 months of waiting and creating case with manufacture, they told me at the end "go where you bought it". I have much more details on BBB website even with respond from them. In-short: they where very rude at my initial visit and I am guessing, because warranty, other wise why would you treat customer badly... They do not return phone calls or follow-up after repair or visit, they just simply do not work with you. When I came for oil change the service adviser did not know what is dry sump and this is a regular maintenance for Grand Sport model. At that time I overlooked it because it was a different advisor and he was much nicer than my initial visit for repair under warranty. They had refused to service my car after 2 drive testing and scheduling an appointment and when a week later I arrived they said "go where you bought it" On BBB reply they said it is because I demanded a loner. At that point they even did not tell me if they have a loner or not and it is o irrelevant for the matter. Clearly, they needed to say at least something More

This was the first tine I went in to the service department for a Chevy Tahoe that I just bought from Jessup. Cory told me that it could take a few hours to replace a part that broke. I agrreed to department for a Chevy Tahoe that I just bought from Jessup. Cory told me that it could take a few hours to replace a part that broke. I agrreed to wait knowing the time frame. I was in the waiting room for not more that 20 minutes. I think they knew that I was cold and did not bring a coat. EVERYONE in the office was so polite and kind. I am really impressed! More

Professional, Helpful and Courteous Team As far as car buying experiences go, this one was a delight! From the second I walked onto the lot, looking for my next new convertible, my experience As far as car buying experiences go, this one was a delight! From the second I walked onto the lot, looking for my next new convertible, my experience was very positive. Gary Levingston turned out to be the first sales person I came across on the lot. He was so very kind answering my 50 questions about the 2019 Buick Cascada. He was patient and very informed about the car. Test drive was good too. I had him drive so I could 'experience' the car from the passenger side. Strange, I know, but Gary did it for me and it actually sold me on the car. There were a few hiccups, tiny bit of damage on the convertible top. It meant I was not going to buy the model I wanted. Gary quickly shifted gears and researched his inventory. He found an almost identical vehicle for me. Went to alot of trouble getting it out of the excess inventory storage for me. Professional through it all. The new, and I mean new, it had 2 miles on it...anyway, the new model was missing the pinstripe...they are getting it in and putting in on the new model as soon as it comes in. Gary has taken care of the details to get it for me, no charge. The actual, boring paperwork part also went well. Everyone I met was so professional, helpful and courteous. I was very impressed with the whole operation. One thing this new vehicle has is tons of buttons on the dash. Gary was kind enough to go through, again...all the functions and ALL the features there are. Even helped get me enrolled with On Star. Like I said, if you need or want to buy a car, I would suggest you go to Jessup GMC...Buick...Cadillac in Cathedral City on Hwy 111. You will be treated well and they will change your mind about how the car buying experience can be. Safe Travels Raven Skye More
