After 17 years and 280K+ miles, my old FX4 needed a new transmission. I had no doubt that Greene Ford would be the folks to get my dedicated boat hauler and hunt truck back in business. Steve found me a Ford factory supplied transmission with a 3yr./unlimited mileage warranty that’s good at any Ford dealership nationwide. The techs got it installed and it’s back driving like a new truck with only a few days of down time. I always expect the best from them and they always exceed those expectations. Thank you gentlemen! Noticed the son’s car had left a stain on the driveway and called Steve who said to bring it right up to get it checked out. Found out the PTU was failing. A few days later they had a new PTU installed and called Steve who said to bring it right up to get it checked out. Found out the PTU was failing. A few days later they had a new PTU installed at a fair price and a two year, unlimited mileage warranty at a fair price. My son could’ve easily been stranded had it gone out completely, if not for the quick reaction by Steve and the technician. You just can’t beat the level of care and service Greene provides! Thanks again Steve!! More

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was set for 12:30. dropped it off at 12:15. They didn't complete the work till 4:30, and I had to pick it up by 5:30. Got to the dealersh Appointment was set for 12:30. dropped it off at 12:15. They didn't complete the work till 4:30, and I had to pick it up by 5:30. Got to the dealership at 5:10, and noticed they never bothered to rotate the tires. Their response? "I guess we didnt charge you for it. Oh just bring it back tomorrow". No. It took them 4 hours just to change the oil (leaving me without car for half the day), they dont have a shuttle service, and they want me to pay more money to Uber due to their ineptitude? Not only will I never take my car there again for service because I cant trust them to do the work, but they lost a sale of a new car in the process. More
