Thanks for the cut / paste response. I will save you some time here The same review is posted on Google, Yelp, the BBB, Facebook, and here. Im not taking it down or modifying it. Your company cant be trusted to do something extravagantly simple, in a timely fashion. 4 hours is ample time to complete a tire rotation and oul change, given it only takes 30 minutes. They also didnt bother to state they didnt rotate the tires. They just let me go right on out the door. And while a tire rotation isnt much, it was a service that was requested. You see, that car makes me between $30 and $50 an hour. It behooves me to keep it in tip top shape. So your company's inability to preform requested work is a major issue. I dont care that they didn't charge me for it. I made $337 Saturday in 7 hours. Do you think I really care about the cost of a tire rotation? My time is valuable. I ought not have to bring a car in twice. And I should have to stand around waiting for something to be completed. Cross threading lugs is a great way to retaliate with zero consequence. Im not giving anyone at your company the opportunityto do it. I also have a 2013 Honda Civic. It has 174,000 miles on it and is in perfect mechanical condition, 100% dealership maintained. I take care of my cars. The Fusion will be no different. That same honda will be replaced in a couple months with an Escape or possibly larger SUV. I will not be purchasing that from your company.
