Me. Arrington, this isn’t the first time that I was not pleased with Sean’s attitude. I worked with Blane mostly in the past, not sure if he’s still there or not, I haven’t seen him lately, he was always helpful. You have Some great technicians working in your service department. I feel your front line folks need some customer service training or if they are not happy with what they do then maybe they should look elsewhere.
