Little did we know that the exact item in trim, color, engine, etc (CR-V) was on the lot. Once found, Enver expertly guided us through the process. Greatly impressed with his knowledge, personal touch, and compassion. He is truly a model employee, salesman, and most of all a sincere human being who was a pleasure to meet.
