I wanted to leave a review about my used car buying experience at Momentum BMW in Houston, Texas. The used car I was looking for was NOT a BMW but they had taken it in on trade and had it for sale. M experience at Momentum BMW in Houston, Texas. The used car I was looking for was NOT a BMW but they had taken it in on trade and had it for sale. My initial inquiry was handled promptly with a call back and I was assigned to a salesperson, Bjorn. We talked and set an appointment. The facility was upper-class clean and had a well stocked waiting area with pristine bathrooms. Everyone was friendly, just as you would expect for an upper tier dealership. Bjorn and his sales manager worked with us to make things right, and I eventually drove my new ride home. I want to give a shout out to Lauderdale in Finance. We had some financial speed bumps from my outside financing.Lauderdale dutifully worked through the issues resulting in a happy customer. I hope to do future business with Momentum BMW. More

This was our third BMW to purchase from Momentum, but the first one in their new facility at Bissonnet and 59. We were looking for a new M440i Convertible in white with Cognac interior. There were none in first one in their new facility at Bissonnet and 59. We were looking for a new M440i Convertible in white with Cognac interior. There were none in town, but the sales rep checked the status of arrivals and there was one on a ship coming from Germany. We paid a deposit and negotiated a lease over the phone with the sales rep. The car arrived when promised and we went to the dealership to sign papers and take delivery. We spent a grand total of 2 hours at the dealership to get our new incredible M440i. Great experience - great sales rep - great automobile! More
