The staff at Fair Oaks Ford were extremely helpful and didn't put any pressure on us to buy the first day we visited and even when we came back to make sure about purchasing the vehicle we were looking at. Craig was very straight forward and honest when speaking with him and offered us a very good deal on the 2012 Nissan Altima that we purchased. They were also able to get us a better rate than the pre-approved financing that we came in with. Overall it was a great experience! Thanks Craig, Serafin and John! More

Neither of us enjoy haggling over price, so we started by email with Craig. With every other dealer that I attempted to contact this way, I was bombarded with emails. Craig would answer my emails and wait for my reply. We feel like we got a fair deal on our purchases. Everyone in the dealership is polite and friendly. They all seem to truly enjoy working there. Serafin was awesome from getting the paperwork started to making sure we knew how everything worked in both vehicles before leaving. Everyone we dealt with was great from Craig with negotiations, Serafin with paperwork and explaining the vehicles, to Robert in Customer Relations and finally John in Financing. I would definitely recommend going to Fair Oaks Ford. More

Wonderful Buying Experience Serafin is a wonderful salesperson to work with. He has sold my wife her last two cars, and has now sold our family a third in the past decade. We were into the dealership three separate times over a two week period as we evaluated the Fusion against other similar mid-sized models. Throughout the process, he was there to help answer questions that we both had, while at the same time not pressuring us into making a decision one way or another. After we found the car we wanted, we did ask him to take a day to think about it, and he completely understood. There was no last minute sales pitch to try and pressure us into buying the car. Clearly we purchased the vehicle that we had settled on, and it was due to his no-pressure approach that we were so comfortable with the entire process. He arranged for a dealer locate for the car we wanted. It ended up that the specific vehicle we were looking to buy had been sold prior to him being able to secure it for us; however, he was able to work with the management staff at the dealer to help offset the additional cost of the similar car we ended up purchasing. I would definitely recommend working with him to anyone I know, and will refer those in our area who are searching for a new car to visit Fair Oaks Ford, and work with Serafin to complete their purchase. I also can tell that he treats all of the customers he works with the same way he treated my wife and I. More

Got exactly what we were looking for My wife and I came in not long ago looking for an SUV (we are newly married, and wanted to upgrade from our Ford Focus). Specifically, we were looking at the Ford Edge, fully loaded, and brand new. I don't know if it was dumb luck or what, but we spoke with Serafin about what we wanted in the car, my wife was really looking for a pearlescent white color. Serafin pointed us to a brand new 2013 Ford Edge SEL, fully loaded with 0% financing...seemed like a no brainer, AND while the car is a light silver, my wife thought it looked more white than anything. It's almost as if they knew what we wanted and had it prestocked on the showroom floor just waiting to meet us. The whole experience was quick and pleasant. None of it felt like a sales process at all. After talking to Serafin we spent some time with Bob as well and he made sure that we got all of the features we wanted and we weren't settling for less...we weren't, he really seemed to care that we were happy with our experience. Will always come back to Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln for our vehicles. They're great! And Ford is making some AMAZING vehicles nowadays. We are very happy! More
