We went over there on a Sunday to look at it and measure it to make sure it would fit in the garage at home. We didn't want to buy it from them because I had a bad experience there a few years ago.So we contacted Craig Holsman who we worked with in December when my husband bought a 2014 Mustang from him. Craig gave us the numbers up front for the price and he didn't have the truck there but located one in Wisconsin for us. Two days later we picked it up and closed the deal. We worked with Robert Wojtan ,John Roncone, and Serafin Castelan, who were all super friendly to work with. Thanks to everyone for making buying a new vehicle such a good experience! We would recommend Fair Oaks to anyone for a new or used car! 5 stars for them!! More

He was unable to find it (Sports are hard to one by), so We talked to Craig after requesting an internet pricing on a specific Explorer that we built. He was unable to find it (Sports are hard to one by), so he priced out a brand new one built for us. He gave us his bottom line pricing right away. We really respected that. In fact, that is the sole reason we went here. We talked to several other Ford dealers and they seemed much more shady. When we brought up the fact that another dealer had a lower sales tax because of his location, Craig offset the price even more to keep our business. To us, that was what set him apart. When we went in to sign the paperwork after our truck came in, we talked to another sales person that we didn't care for as much. We felt he had less customer-relation skills, but nevertheless still friendly. More

I contacted Craig Holsman over the internet and after a couple informative e-mails and some bad experiences at other dealerships I decided to visit Craig at Fair Oaks Ford. I am sure glad I did. I got a great price for my new Explorer and a decent price on my trade-in. There were none of the usual high pressure sales tactics that other dealerships use. I wanted to buy close to home but I am glad I made the drive to Naperville. The entire staff was incredible and great to work with. Thank you Fair Oaks Ford! More
