It has been a pleasure to find a dealer that is not taking advantage of this hard time. While Carland Acura dealer was charging $3000 market adjustment, above MSRP, Jackson Acura was straight forward, taking advantage of this hard time. Honest dealer. Purchased vehicle March 2022 and they sold it at msrp. Unlike many other dealers we dealt with they did not try to take advantage and charge chip f Purchased vehicle March 2022 and they sold it at msrp. Unlike many other dealers we dealt with they did not try to take advantage and charge chip fee shortage mark ups. Also didn’t try to charge “market”. Other dealers were charge 10–15k more than msrp. During this process I dealt with two KIA dealerships that were charging $56k for a $44k vehicle. Called Sergei at Jackson Acura and he said they will not charge markup (actually gave a $500 discount) and helped locate a deliver a hard to find spec’d model and delivered in a month. Which on top of the very fair pricing during these times was pretty remarkable. Will always buy an Acura from Jackson Acura again. They’ve got a customer for life. More
