Sergei was the best saleman I have worked with. Because of his excellent customer service, I have bought 3 Acura cars, two from him recently. In early November 2021, I bought a 2021 RDX with the A-Spec Package. Loved the car, but turns out the car I REALLY wanted was a 2022 RDX with A-Spec and Technology package. I waited for the car to be bu A-Spec Package. Loved the car, but turns out the car I REALLY wanted was a 2022 RDX with A-Spec and Technology package. I waited for the car to be built and when it arrived, I met with Sergei Potapoff and took delivery of the car. Throughout the process of waiting for my new car, Sergei was in constant communication with me -- not so much for the car, but to make sure I was doing ok after experiencing some devastating health news. My point is that Sergei is the BEST sales professional I have ever worked with. He is trustworthy and totally committed to taking care of his customers. He knows his product and is 100% dedicated to Acura and its quality. The whole experience with Jackson Acura blew me away. I guess the best way to put it is: Sergei didn't care as much about selling me a car; he cared about me. Those awards on his wall are no fluke. I'm glad our paths crossed. I am 100% satisfied with my car and am having a blast driving it. More
