Great experience working with the Groove team! Sales people and staff were prompt, personable and followed through. I however felt the typical used car experience and sales approach and left felling uncertain if I got a fair deal and had to negoti followed through. Aside from that everything went well. It just would be a better feeling to buy a car you love and not leave feeling did you get a fair deal or not? More

Sergio Alvarez, the Sales Rep., was very knowledgeable. Sergio Alvarez provided a great deal of information about the preowned Subaru Outback that I purchased! Communication Buying my car could not have been easier, I had a flawless experience. Sergio was a true professional and made the process very simple. Communication was easy and prompt. He did not contact me a million times like some other dealers, which I appreciated. He also speaks Spanish, which is helpful for many buyers in the Denver area. I couldn't believe how fast it was in and out of the dealership, though I was never rushed. All the staff was courteous, respectful, and honest about tailoring to what I needed in a car and the additional package I bought. I'm very happy with my new car and the experience I had. My last car, I bought from a different Subaru dealership in the country and it was a different experience. With Groove Subaru, I got exactly what I wanted and I would highly recommend this dealership. More
