We texted back and forth along with a few emails providing me pictures of what was available. We set up an appointment and when I showed up, I was immediately greeted by a big smiling face. Utku stepped in and helped me out while Sergio was preoccupied. We took the vehicle for a test drive and just talked like old friends. This made me feel extremely comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the update this car had over my older version of the car. Utku went ABOVE AND BEYOND working with me to provide the best possible outcome with my trade in and purchase of the new vehicle, asked what he could do for me, how can he make me feel comfortable with the purchase. When I met Chris, again I was greeted like a long lost friend. He took care of all the paperwork in the smoothest manner and showed me all of my options without pressuring me into ANYTHING!!! Beyond a great experience and well recommended if you're in the market. More
